Behavioral Health Services

> Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Full Time - Cold Bay or King Cove - Job Bulletin - Reporting to the Community Health Services, the Psychiatric Advanced Nurse Practice provides psychiatric and psychosocial diagnoses and implements a wide variety of interventions with patients and families.  Also functions in the role of consultant and educator with other health care providers in the EAT health care system.

> Behavioral Health Aide I - False Pass, Nelson Lagoon, King Cove and Akutan- Job Bulletin - The position of level I Behavioral Health Aide (BHA-I) provides; prevention, early intervention, case management, aftercare and follow-up for individuals and families impacted by a variety of behavioral health (addiction/substance abuse and mental health) issues.  With direction and support from the Wellness Program Manager, the position is responsible for providing access to and delivering behavioral health services, within a defined scope of practice, to community residents.

> Behavioral Health Clinician > Full Time > King Cove - Job Bulletin - Reporting to the Behavioral Health Lead Clinician, the Behavioral Health Clinician will develop and provide comprehensive clinical treatments and preventative services to individual and group community members.

 

Community Health Services

> Nurse Practioner/Physician Assistant- Fulltime/Itinerant - King Cove, Sand Point, Cold Bay, Whittier - Job Bulletin - To provide preventative, primary and emergency care and work as a team with other health care providers, CHA/P and first response team to ensure continuity and quality community health care.

> Community Health Aide - Fulltime/Itinerant - False Pass, Sand Point, King Cove- Job Bulletin - Provides primary (acute, chronic, and preventive) health care and emergency care to those seeking health services in an assigned village. The Community Health Aide/Practitioner CHAP base of operation is in the village clinic.

> Clinical Information Tech - Full Time /40hrs/week - King Cove - Job Bulletin - Provides ongoing support of multi-service clinical software applications, troubleshoot problems, provide software training services, support daily interface between clinicians/medical staff and the Resources Patient Management System (RPMS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR). Assists providers and other medical staff with access to clinical and computer systems, conducts research involving patient data statistics and quality,  prepares reports, handles information requests, and plans, coordinates and implements projects on schedule.

> Dentist - Int/Fulltime/Part time - Sand Point or King Cove - Job Bulletin - Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Dentist will, under limited supervision, provide outpatient preventive, corrective, rehabilitative, educational and consultative dental services for the sites Eastern Aleutian Tribes (EAT) serve.  These services are provided in a variety of settings including clinics, remote communities (over night travel required) using portable dental equipment, and the Anchorage Service Unit Dental Program.

> Dental Assistant - Full Time - Sand Point or King Cove - Job Bulletin - Reporting to the Dentist, the Dental Assistant will, under direct supervision, provides chair side assistance to the dentist, dental clinic maintenance and patient record keeping.  These services are provided in a variety of settings including all EAT clinics, remote communities, (over night travel required) using portable dental equipment.

> Community Health Information Specialist/Patient Care Technician - Full Time - Akutan - Job Bulletin - Support the clinic provider(s) the through scheduling, reception, records maintenance, billing, coordination with other clinics and/or hospitals, and other general assistance.

> Community Health Information Specialist - Full Time - Adak - Job Bulletin - Support the clinic provider(s) the through scheduling, reception, records maintenance, billing, coordination with other clinics and/or hospitals, and other general assistance.

Administration
> Administrative Assistant - Full Time - Anchorage - Job Bulletin - Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, mail and shipping, and performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors and calls, arranging conference calls (audio and video), and scheduling meetings. Provide administrative systems management and exceptional customer service. Assist in projects as assigned.

> G/L Accountant - Full Time - Anchorage - Job Bulletin - Under general supervision, uses comprehensive computer based finance and accounting system to perform complex and routine technical accounting functions and associated clerical support duties.

> Accounting Tech - Full Time - Anchorage - Job Bulletin - Under general supervision, uses comprehensive computer based finance and accounting system to perform complex and routine technical accounting functions and associated clerical support duties.

> IT Technician either from Anchorage, Sand Point, King Cove - Full Time - Job Bulletin - Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties under the guidance of the Director of Information Technology and Clinical Information Director.  Supports medical and all staff by monitoring and supporting servers, applications, workstations, telemedicine systems, and laptops, in EAT’s electronic health record (E.H.R.) systems.  Provides excellent technical service for EAT. 

> Human Resource/Travel Technician - Full Time - From either King Cove, Sand Point, Adak, Akutan, False Pass, Whittier, Nelson lagoon or Cold Bay - Job Bulletin - Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resource (HR) / Travel Technician assists with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, including making travel arrangements for all EAT staff and board of directors.
